In 2012 it WAS consolidated the innovation in the planning of the company and implanted a core of Marketing and Market Intelligence. It signed an agreement with the IEL / FIEB to participate in the Eco-efficient Industry project, being one of the 220 participating companies to implement the first stage, which began in July / 2012. He has registered to participate in the course on Innovation Management, also promoted by the IEL / FIEB and is competing for the National Innovation Award 2012, being the only company of the FIEB System to participate, in the category Company / ALI (Local Agent of Innovation).

With its intense search for innovation, Engpiso was successful in approving 3 (three) important research projects for different solutions for the Civil Construction industry.
